Requirements
- 3+ years of CNC machining experience
- Strong ability to read blueprints and understand GD&T
- Experience performing full machine setups
- Ability to use precision inspection tools (micrometers, calipers, indicators, gauges)
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Reliable, detail-oriented, and self-motivated
- Ability to meet run times and adapt to changing priorities
Responsibilities
- Set up, operate, and maintain multi-axis CNC equipment with minimal supervision
- Load and secure parts, fixtures, and tooling accurately
- Interpret complex prints, machining instructions, and specifications
- Perform complete machine setups including tooling, programs, offsets, and work coordinates
- Inspect first articles and production parts to ensure quality standards
- Verify correct materials are used for each job
- Troubleshoot machining, setup, and program issues in real time
- Maintain an organized and efficient work center
- Follow all company safety and quality procedures
