About The Position
Temp To Full-Time Operate and program 5-Axis CNC HBM equipped with Heidenhain Control System, e.g., Brand: Varnsdorf, Model: WHQ15CNC; ? Operate and program 4-Axis CNC HBM equipped with Fanuc Control System, e.g., Brand: Giddings & Lewis; ? Operate and program CNC VTL equipped with Fanuc Control System, e.g., Brand: OM Ltd, Model: Neo-20EX; ? Interpret technical blueprints and designs to understand the specifications and requirements of parts; ? Measure completed parts to verify conformance to specifications using measurement tools, including ball gauges, calipers, micrometers, thread gauges, etc.; ? Conduct regular maintenance and troubleshooting on CNC machines, ensuring they operate smoothly and efficiently ? Follow and carry out company operating procedures and safety rules; ? Maintain the safety and cleanliness of work area; ? Any additional duties as assigned.
