CNC Machinist Key Responsibilities: Set up and/or operate CNC machines depending on experience level Read and follow setup sheets, travelers, programs, and blueprints Perform first-piece and in-process inspections Adjust tools and offsets to maintain accuracy and precision Recommend process improvements for quality and efficiency Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area Collaborate with Quality and Production teams Complete all required production and inspection documentation Requirements: Entry-Level Candidates Should Have: Mechanical aptitude and a strong willingness to learn Ability to follow instructions and seek guidance Dependability, attention to detail, and a readiness to be trained Experienced Candidates Should Have: Demonstrated CNC machining experience including setups and offsets Proficiency in blueprint reading, GD&T, and precision measurement Ability to run jobs independently and mentor others as needed Education: Required: High School Diploma or GED Preferred: Technical/vocational training or machining certifications Skills & Competencies (Preferred): CNC Machining Precision Measuring Tools Blueprint Reading Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T) ISO 13485 Compliance FDA 21 CFR 820 Knowledge CAD/CAM Software Visual ERP System Microsoft Office Suite Strong Math Skills (Algebra & Geometry) Benefits: Competitive pay with shift differential Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance 401(k) with Company Match Paid Holidays and Vacation On-the-Job Training and Career Advancement Consistent Schedule with Optional Overtime
