Max Aerostructures is seeking an experienced CNC Machinist for their weekend 2nd shift. The work schedule is Friday through Sunday from 6pm to 6:30am, where employees work 36 hours but are compensated for 40 hours. The role involves studying blueprints, setting up and operating various CNC machines (3, 4, and 5 axis), calculating and adjusting machining factors, observing machine operations for malfunctions, verifying work-piece conformance using inspection tools, and collaborating with production personnel and programmers to resolve issues. Maintaining a clean work area is also a key part of the role.
