Geater Machining & Manufacturing, located in Independence, IA, is looking for a talented individual to join our team as a full-time CNC Machinist. As a CNC Machinist, you will set up and operate conventional, special purpose, and numerical control (NC) machines and machining centers to fabricate various metal and nonmetallic parts. You will play an important role in the manufacturing process by utilizing your skills to produce high-quality aerospace and electronic products that meet and exceed customer expectations. You will also be responsible for maintaining the machines in top condition, troubleshooting problems, and executing preventive maintenance activities.
