About The Position

Sim Surgical is seeking CNC Machinists in our Mills and Lathes Departments for 1st shift, 2nd shift, and Weekend Shift. We offer a clean, well-lit, state-of-the-art machining center in a climate-controlled facility. Health, Dental, and Vision benefits are available from day one!

Requirements

• Prefer 1-3 years’ experience with Set-up and operation of CNC Machines, but will train.
• Possess strong math skills, ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide numbers including decimals and fractions.
• Ability to communicate effectively with other employees.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with Haas, Okuma, or Tsugami Swiss machines would be beneficial but not required.

Responsibilities

• Operate various machines, including CNC Swiss Lathes and Mills to finish parts or prepare for the next operation.
• Work from blueprints, part prints, drawings, and verbal instructions.
• Use precision tools and instruments.
• Capable of working to tight tolerances.
• Maintain work area and equipment in a clean and orderly condition; follow prescribed safety rules and regulations.
