  • Set up and operate CNC machines (lathes, mills).
  • Read and interpret blueprints, process/work instructions, sketches, and related technical data.
  • Select, load, and test programs; modify programs and make necessary machine feed, speed, and axis point adjustments.
  • Set up equipment, install tools and fixtures, make machine control settings, check for required specifications, and run jobs.
  • Monitor machine operation and check parts throughout the run, making necessary adjustments.
  • Respond to alarms, retrace programs to locate problems, and make corrections.
  • Use precision measuring instruments and equipment to attain accurate dimensions and maintain tolerances.
  • Comply with all safety policies, practices, and procedures, reporting unsafe activities to Management or Human Resources.
  • Participate in team efforts to achieve departmental and company goals, building a positive team spirit.
  • Maintain the highest level of honesty and integrity.
  • Willing to work extended hours during peak seasons (Spring/Fall), including both day and night shifts.
  • 5+ years experience CNC/Machinist experience
  • Operation of CNC machines including lathes and mills
  • Reading and interpreting blueprints and technical data
  • Use of precision measuring instruments such as micrometers, height gauges, and dial indicators
  • Knowledge of machine shop equipment and math
