About The Position

CNC Machinists make up over 25% of our total workforce and 56% of our direct labor production workforce at Seyer Industries. Needless to say, CNC machining is significant to our success, and as a CNC Machinist at Seyer Industries, you will make a difference! We are looking for CNC Machinists to produce machined aerospace parts by programming, setting up, and operating a computer numerical control machine while maintaining quality and safety standards.

Requirements

• Excellent functional and technical skills.
• Knowledge of controls, instrumentation, and tooling.
• Experience in setting up precision parts on CNC mills or lathes.
• Attention to detail, good judgment, and dependable attendance.

Responsibilities

• Produce machined aerospace parts by programming, setting up, and operating a CNC machine.
• Maintain quality and safety standards during machining processes.
• Set up precision parts on CNC mills or lathes by following detailed work instructions.
• Provide new programs by carefully monitoring the program and machine position.
