Tradesmen International is immediately hiring experienced CNC Machinist for a project that is located in Clackamas, OR. This is a full time opportunity and the pay rate is $25-$40/hour based on experience and skill level. Requirements

• Proficiency in software tools such as AutoCAD, SigmaNEST, and Peddimat
• Minimum 2+ years of CNC programming/machine operation experience
• Structural steel fabrication experience (2+ years preferred)
• Ability to lift up to 100 lbs
• Strong ability to read and interpret complex technical drawings, fabrication blueprints, and CAD drawings
• Solid understanding of CNC capabilities, cutting speeds, and tooling
• Proficiency with MS Office 365
• Must have full PPE

Responsibilities

• Create and optimize CNC machine programs for cutting, drilling, and punching structural steel components
• Utilize CNC programming software (such as SigmaNEST or similar) to perform nesting, editing, and tolerance-specific cutting paths
• Develop and refine CNC machine programs for structural steel fabrication
• Ensure proper positioning during cutting, drilling, and punching operations
• Maximize material efficiency and support production goals
