About The Position

We are seeking a CNC Machinist/Programmer to support the manufacturing of industrial equipment and components. This role reports to the Shop Foreman. Responsibilities: Read and interpret shop machining drawings. Program, set up, and operate CNC Lathes and Mills based on shop drawings. Maintain high precision, holding tolerances as tight as 0.0005 ".Mm Program on Fagor, Fanuc, Haas, and Heidenhain controls using G-code (experience on all controls not required). Use precision measuring equipment, including calipers, micrometers, and dial bore gauges. Consistently produce accurate, high-quality parts. Arrive to work on time and maintain a professional work ethic. Work safely in a heavy industrial environment. Lift up to 50 pounds as needed. Work required hours, including occasional Saturdays. Qualifications Experience with CNC programming and operation. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings. Strong attention to detail and precision. Commitment to workplace safety.
