About The Position

Container Research Corporation, an AS9100 certified company with over 65 years in business, seeks a CNC Machinist/Programmer. The CNC machinist/programmer will input G&M codes and program, set up, and operate Fadal and Haas CNC Machining Centers, and set up and run conventional lathes, milling centers, and other machine shop equipment.

Requirements

• 5 or more years of experience programming and operating CNC machinery.
• Knowledge of program sequence and experience programming.
• Ability to program at the console.
• Specific experience with Fadal or Haas machining centers is a huge plus.
• Working knowledge of knee mills, conventional lathes, drills, and all other related machinery.
• Ability to read a rule, square, protractor, micrometer, tape measure, and other measuring devices.

Responsibilities

• Input G&M codes and program CNC machinery.
• Set up and operate Fadal and Haas CNC Machining Centers.
• Set up and run conventional lathes and milling centers.
• Operate other machine shop equipment.
