  • Programming CNC machines using CAD/CAM software to create control programs.
  • Setting up machines by loading raw materials, selecting appropriate tools, and conducting test runs.
  • Operating CNC machines to ensure they run efficiently and produce parts to required specifications.
  • Conducting quality control inspections of finished products using precision measuring tools.
  • Performing routine maintenance and minor repairs on CNC machines.
  • Troubleshooting and resolving issues that arise during the manufacturing process.
  • Keeping detailed records of CNC programs and machine settings.
  • Adhering to safety protocols and maintaining a clean work environment.
  • Proven work experience as a CNC machinist/programmer.
  • Proficiency in reading blueprints and using CAD/CAM software.
  • Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for precision and quality.
  • Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
  • Physical stamina to stand for long periods and lift heavy objects.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical training is a plus.
