About The Position

We are seeking a skilled CNC Machinist for the night shift. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in setting up and operating CNC machine tools, including machining centers, turning centers, and bridge mills. The role involves manufacturing and reconditioning close tolerance component parts to meet customer and industry standards. The position requires the ability to interpret mechanical drawings and sketches, perform precision metal cutting, grinding, shaping, and fitting, and measure components, parts, and raw materials using precision measuring instruments, gauges, and tools. Candidates should be comfortable applying basic algebra, geometry, and trigonometry concepts relevant to machining.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years experience setting up and operating CNC machine tools without assistance.
• Experience running large CNC bridge mills and Mazak/FANUC controls is a plus.
• Ability to interpret mechanical drawings and sketches.
• Proficient in precision metal cutting, grinding, shaping, and fitting.
• Ability to measure components, parts, and raw materials accurately.

• Experience with large CNC bridge mills.
• Familiarity with Mazak/FANUC controls.
