About The Position

Use CNC Milling and Mill Turn Machines to manufacture parts for Ripley Tools Products. The role involves operating and setting up Manual Knee Mill and CNC Milling machines, inspecting work using various inspection tools such as micrometers, calipers, height gage, and optical comparator, maintaining quality and production standards, performing secondary operations as required, reading blueprints, working with engineering to support product development, incorporating lean practices into daily activities, participating on continuous improvement teams, and maintaining a safe and clean working environment. Other tasks may be assigned by the supervisor, and willingness to work overtime is expected.

Requirements

• High School Diploma/GED or equivalent experience
• At least 1 year of experience with CNC Milling and Mill Turn Machines
• Ability to read, write English and do basic math
• Physically able to lift 35 lbs.

Responsibilities
