What You'll Do: In this role, you'll help manufacture high-quality, precision parts - from smaller chuck work up to 160″ long and 36″ in diameter - by creating CNC lathe programs using Mazatrol, identifying tooling needs, and maintaining precise inspection records. You'll work in a clean, climate-controlled, well-equipped facility where your skill and attention to detail make a real impact. Requirements

Proficiency in operating CNC Lathes - required
The ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
Proficiency in precise measurement and use of micrometers, calipers, and other gauges
The ability to independently process precision parts from setup to finish

Nice To Haves

Mazatrol programming skills are a plus

Responsibilities

Set up, program, and run Mazak CNC lathes
Inspect and validate your own work using precision measuring equipment
Complete short-run jobs with frequent changeovers and tool adjustments
Keep work areas clean, safe, and organized

Weekly pay: Starting at $21 - $33/hr depending on experience + 10% shift premium and paid mealtime
