About The Position

Key Activities/Responsibilities Set up and operate CNC machines. Review work order, pull necessary equipment, position work piece and operate various machines through production runs to form specified quantities to defined tolerances. Deburr parts as needed. Perform in process part inspection and notify Supervisor of non-conformance. Perform preventative maintenance and ensure machines are operating optimally. Communicate with managers, production control, quality and other shop personnel for assignments and to resolve quality issues. Document outstanding issues either written or verbally to ensure smooth transition between shift Actively participate in continuous improvement of our products and processes to better serve our customers and improve the overall profitability of Jetstream Maintain a neat and orderly work area complying with all 5S initiatives and advise Production Supervisor of any maintenance problems that may need to be resolved. Follow and comply with all safety and personal protective equipment requirements. Cross train in other areas to include; Small Assembly, Shipping, Large Assembly, Machining and Receiving. Perform other related duties as assigned Requirements Minimum 5 years setting up and operating CNC Machines, required Previous experience machining plastic, strongly preferred Ability to read and interpret Blueprints/Technical Drawing, required Ability to perform various machining operation in accordance with part specifications, required Pay Transparency Anticipated hourly wage: $24 - $27/hour depending on years or relevant experience. Requirements
