About The Position

Win-Tech, Inc. is seeking an entry-level CNC Machine Operator / Manufacturing Technician who is eager to learn, reliable, and detail-oriented. This is a great opportunity for someone interested in manufacturing, machining, or engineering, with the appropriate background and aptitude. We’ll train you. You bring curiosity, work ethic, and a willingness to learn. We machine titanium, aluminum, stainless steel, and advanced aerospace materials. Your work will support defense, aerospace, medical, and commercial industries, helping create parts that truly matter.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Reliable attendance and punctuality
  • Willingness to learn technical skills and follow detailed instructions
  • Basic math skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs during a shift
  • Positive attitude and teamwork mindset

Nice To Haves

  • Technical school coursework or interest in machining/manufacturing
  • Experience in a shop, warehouse, or industrial environment
  • Your own tools (calipers, micrometers, indicators, edge finders, etc.)

Responsibilities

  • Operate CNC machines under the guidance of experienced machinists and supervisors
  • Load and unload parts and materials
  • Follow written and verbal work instructions and shop floor procedures
  • Measure parts using basic tools (calipers, gauges, etc.) to ensure quality
  • Perform basic deburring and finishing operations
  • Conduct simple daily machine checks and report any issues
  • Keep your work area clean, organized, and safe
  • Work with team members to meet production and quality goals
  • Learn basic machining concepts, materials, and processes through on-the-job training
  • Follow all safety and company procedures
