We are seeking a skilled CNC Machinist to join our team on the 2nd shift in Fenton, MO. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in operating CNC machines, specifically Haas, Okuma, and Mazak. This position requires a high level of precision and attention to detail, as the machinist will be responsible for setting up and operating CNC lathes to produce high-quality parts. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring that our production processes run smoothly and efficiently. In this role, the CNC Machinist will be expected to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and engineering drawings to understand the specifications of the parts to be produced. The machinist will set up and operate CNC machines, monitoring their performance to ensure they are functioning correctly. Quality control is a significant aspect of this position, as the machinist will inspect finished products to ensure they meet the required standards. Additionally, routine maintenance on the machines will be part of the responsibilities to keep them in optimal working condition.
