About The Position

We are looking for an experienced CNC Machinist who either has previous leader or supervisory experience to lead our machining department Night shift. 8% shift premium Night shift schedule: 4 p.m. - 3:00 a.m. 6- day schedule Summary of the Position: Responsibilities include supervising, directing, and coordinating all Machine department workload and department personnel in combination with the Machining Manager. Machining Supervisor is required to work directly with Machining Manager and Cam Supervisor in a collaborative manor to execute the following responsibilities below. Requirements

  • Minimum of 10 years' experience with CNC machining activities.
  • Extensive knowledge Machining and Machine Programming.
  • Extensive knowledge of Machine tooling and Machine capabilities.
  • Knowledge of CAM software and computer skills.
  • Read, write, and perform basic mathematics as required.
  • Must be able to communicate openly with managers, supervisors and department personnel.
  • Organized, responsible, and capable of multi-tasking.
  • Display and execute effective and professional communication skills.
  • Work overtime as required by Machining Manager.
  • Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
  • Standing, walking, bending, stooping, reaching, pushing, and pulling continuously may be required.
  • Work in an environment with many different sounds and sound levels.
  • Work in an environment with or around solvents, chemicals, irritants, or any other potential allergens.
  • Travel to training seminars, and other Hi-Tech facilities may be required.
  • Work in a self-directed, fast paced environment with minimal supervision.
  • Work in close proximity to others as required.
