The position involves operating various CNC machines in compliance with the corporate mission and values, as well as department financial objectives. This is a second shift position with a competitive shift differential. The role requires performing essential functions such as milling, turning, drilling, tapping, deburring, molding, and conducting all necessary bench operations and inspections. Employees must detect and report defective materials or questionable conditions to their supervisor or trainer, follow prescribed safety regulations, and comply with Global Harmonized System (GHS) and Safety Data Sheets (SDS) requirements. Additionally, proper spill response procedures must be executed, and preventative maintenance on machines must be performed as required. Maintaining a clean work area and equipment is essential, as is fostering a positive work atmosphere through effective communication with customers, coworkers, clients, and supervisors. Employees are expected to work safely and assist others as necessary, performing other job duties as assigned by their supervisor.
