About The Position

CNC machine operators will independently machine and measure
precision plastic components. The operator will provide a variety of direct
manufacturing functions which include safely operating equipment including, but
not limited to: CNC Mills & Lathes

Requirements

• Blueprint reading and GD&T knowledge
• Able to use basic measurement tools such as calipers and micrometers
• Maintain all safety and employee policies and report any infractions or concerns to management.
• Complete other related or assigned tasks, as needed
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

Responsibilities

• Operate CNC mill machines.
• Basic Blueprint reading and understanding of GD&T.
• Follow and fill out First piece & in-process inspection plans.
• Follow and fill out hour by hour sheets and OEE sheets.
• Operation of various inspection equipment used in the manufacture of precision machined parts including CMM.
• Basic tool setting with off sets.
• Maintain cleanliness of work area to support safety efforts and awareness.
• Review and complete required daily documentation.
• Complete other related or assigned tasks, as needed.
