About The Position

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented CNC Laser Machine Operator to join our production team. In this role, you will set up, program, and operate CNC laser cutting machines to produce high-quality metal parts that meet customer specifications. On-the-job training will be provided for the right candidate. Shift: 7:00 am to 3:30 pm Monday - Friday

Requirements

• Prior experience operating CNC machines in a manufacturing setting preferred.
• Knowledge of CNC programming and processes.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
• Skilled in using measuring tools and applying quality control standards.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving abilities.
• High attention to detail with a commitment to quality workmanship.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks effectively.

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and monitor CNC laser cutting machines, ensuring proper material loading and alignment.
• Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and job orders to determine cutting paths and specifications.
• Program CNC laser machines to achieve precise and efficient cuts.
• Troubleshoot and adjust machine operations to maintain product quality and efficiency.
• Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of equipment to ensure peak performance.
• Inspect finished parts using calipers, micrometers, and other measuring tools to verify accuracy and quality.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area while following all safety protocols.
• Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and continuously improve processes.
