About The Position

We are seeking a detail-oriented and skilled CNC Machine Operator to operate, set up, and maintain our computer numerical control machines to produce high-quality parts according to specifications, ensuring efficiency, quality, and safety standards are met.

Requirements

• Previous experience operating CNC machinery is preferred (specify level: entry, experienced).
• Ability to read blueprints, use measuring tools, understand G-code (basic), and perform basic math.
• Familiarity with manufacturing processes, materials, and safety regulations.
• Strong attention to detail, good problem-solving skills, and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Ability to stand for extended periods, lift moderate weight, and perform repetitive tasks.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate CNC machines (mills, lathes, routers, etc.) for various tasks like drilling, cutting, grinding, and milling.
• Interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and work orders to understand specifications and dimensions.
• Use precision measuring tools (calipers, micrometers) for in-process and final inspections to ensure parts meet quality standards.
• Monitor machine operations, make necessary adjustments to feed, speed, and tooling, and troubleshoot minor issues.
• Load raw materials and unload finished parts, ensuring proper handling.
• Perform routine cleaning, basic maintenance, and assist with equipment upkeep.
• Complete production logs, quality reports, and other necessary documentation.
• Adhere to all safety protocols, wear appropriate PPE, and maintain a clean, organized work area.
