About The Position

R&R Tool, Inc. is in need of experienced CNC Mill and/or Lathe Machine Operators to join our team in Winchester, OH. We are a medical component manufacturer, making parts that will ultimately be used to save lives. Looking for a job that makes you feel good about the work you do each day? Job Summary: CNC Machine operators monitor machinery for problems during the production run, position work pieces and inspect parts to print on a daily basis using various types of inspection equipment. Pay is competitive, depending on experience and aptitude. Let us know what you can do! Hours are 10 hour days, M-TH, with a three day weekend, plus overtime as needed. 1st Shift - 6:00am - 4:30pm (Monday-Thursday)

Requirements

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Be authorized to work in the United States and have reliable transportation
• Must be able to pass a drug-test and Background check

Nice To Haves

• Prefer 2 or more years’ experience in machining

Responsibilities

• Ability to read simple part drawings
• Monitor machinery for problems during production
• Inspect completed work to ensure accuracy to the required specifications
• Ability to read/use measuring instruments such as micrometers and dial calipers
• Ability to calculate dimensions and tolerances for production
• Mechanically inclined with good basic mathematical knowledge
• Must stand for prolonged periods of time
• Possible mandatory overtime after training period
