CNC Machine Operator - Night Shift
About The Position
Enjet Aero machines and fabricates complex jet engine parts, components and assemblies for leading OEMs in the commercial, defense and general aviation sectors. Our goal is to be regarded as an irreplaceable resource by our customers. The only way for a company to meet such a goal is to consistently meet production deadlines and expectations. The Advanced Fixturing Operator works with smelted metals from kettles and ensures the product meets customer specifications. This is a perfect entry level position for someone interested in the manufacturing industry. The work week is Monday – Thursday working 10-hour shifts; includes a 20% shift differential.
Requirements
- Motived and willing to learn the manufacturing industry
- Good verbal communication and problem-solving skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Capable of working in a customer-focused, deadline-driven environment while maintaining a positive attitude
- Able to stand on feet all day
Responsibilities
- Work with smelted metals from kettles
- Ensure continuous production of parts that meet customer expectations
- Inspect completed parts
- Maintain quality standards through understanding of the Quality Management System
- Develop and maintain effective working relationships with peers, supervisor and other staff
- Other duties as directed by supervisor
