Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical or vocational training in CNC machining is a plus.
• Proven experience as a CNC Machine Operator or similar role.
• Strong understanding of CNC machinery and operations.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and technical documents.
• Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Willingness to work flexible hours and overtime when necessary.

Responsibilities

• Operate CNC machines to produce parts according to provided design specifications, work orders, and blueprints.
• Set up and adjust machine settings to ensure optimal performance and accuracy.
• Perform routine maintenance checks and troubleshoot machine malfunctions as needed.
• Inspect finished products for defects and ensure they meet quality standards.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to all safety protocols and procedures.
