About The Position

CNC Vertical or Horizontal Milling Operator $18 to $26 per hour based on skill set and shift. 2nd shift is eligible for a $1/hour premium & 3rd shift a $2 per hour premium. Applicants must be authorized to work in the US without sponsorship. We are looking for a skilled CNC Vertical or Horizontal Milling Operator to become a key member of our team. Our shop is predominantly equipped with robotic cells, making up over 95% of our operations

Requirements

Minimum of 2 years of experience in operating CNC vertical or horizontal milling machines-
Proficient in reading and interpreting blueprints and technical drawings
Knowledge of G & M code programming
Ability to use precision measuring tools
Strong attention to detail and quality
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Good communication skills

Responsibilities

Set up and operate CNC vertical or horizontal milling machines
CNC Vertical Lathe experience
Familiarity with DMG or Mori or Doosan Machines
G&M Code familiarity
Ability to perform your own tool changes
Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
Understanding of containment
Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards
Maintain and troubleshoot CNC machines
Perform routine maintenance on machines
Follow safety procedures and guidelines
Production oriented
