About The Position

SinterMet, LLC is seeking experienced and dependable CNC Machine Operators to join our Roll Shop team. This hands-on role focuses on producing high-precision components while maintaining strict quality standards in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
This role requires attention to detail and the ability to consistently meet tight tolerances. We are looking for individuals who take pride in their craftsmanship and can operate with confidence and independence.

Requirements

• CNC machining experience required
• Ability to read blueprints and understand geometric tolerances
• Strong knowledge of machining processes and quality standards
• Experience working to tight tolerances
• Self-motivated, reliable, and able to work with minimal supervision

Nice To Haves

• Experience with G-code programming or MasterCam
• Experience troubleshooting and making process adjustments

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate CNC machines to produce precision parts
• Work to close tolerances while maintaining high quality standards
• Use measuring equipment, including calipers, micrometers, and gauges
• Troubleshoot machining issues and adjust feeds, speeds, and offsets
• Perform first-piece and in-process inspections
• Maintain equipment and keep work areas clean and organized
