SCHEDULE: Monday - Friday - 3:00 pm - 11:00 pm Position Summary: Machine Operator III will have various tasks and responsibilities including: Complex Machine set up, tooling changes and changeovers Machine troubleshooting and problem-solving Ability to use computers Able to read blueprint or markers Enter detailed program data for complex parts and processes Responsible for quality Accurate use of complex measurement tools Complex parts and processes A lot of Varying parts, fine detail, last step before finishing This role would also encompass the designated backup for the Production Leader II in the cell or department. Location Specific Details: Archbold: Pre Drier/Kiln Gang Rip, Sandmaster, Molders 5 Axis CNC – Max T & T² Max E Shoda 1 NKC & NKC II

Requirements

  • Must be detail-oriented
  • Ability to recognize discrepancies and initiate resolution
  • Regular lifting and maneuvering and positioning of product up to 50 lbs.
  • Requires full shift of standing, walking, bending and lifting
  • Able to read, write and follow instructions, both written and verbal
  • Able to use basic hand tools and small power equipment
  • Able to assist in training employees
  • Ensures a safe working environment by conforming to all safety guidelines including, but not limited to, wearing required personal protective equipment (PPE)
  • High school diploma or GED preferred
  • Previous Manufacturing Experience preferred
  • A self-starting, goal-oriented, customer-focused individual who takes personal accountability and acts in accordance with the Company’s Values
