ECHO Incorporated is looking for 2nd shift CNC Machine Operator II. The CNC Machine Operator II supports production operations in ECHO's CNC Department under the guidance of the CNC Department Supervisor. Responsibilities include operating designated machines, loading raw aluminum castings into machining fixtures, removing finished parts, assembling and cleaning machine components, conducting quality inspections, and packaging completed parts. Requirements

• Basic math skills, including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division (calculators provided).
• Proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking English; bilingual Spanish skills are a plus.

Nice To Haves

• Prior experience in high-speed manufacturing assembly is preferred but not mandatory.
• Previous CNC machine tending experience is beneficial but not required, as training will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Follow written and verbal instructions to achieve daily production goals while maintaining quality standards.
• Read and interpret dimensions and tolerances from 2D drawings/blueprints (training provided).
• Operate CNC machines and semi-automated assembly equipment after completing required training.
• Perform visual inspections and package components securely to prevent damage during storage.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace in alignment with 5S standards, ensuring proper staging of all components.
