About The Position
Set up and operate NC/CNC machines to cut, shape, and form metal parts while meeting quality, safety, and production standards in a manufacturing/foundry environment.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- At least 1 year CNC machine operating experience
- Manufacturing or foundry experience required
- Experience with CNC drilling, milling, or grinding
- Strong math skills for measurements and conversions
- Attention to detail and problem-solving ability
- Ability to work independently and follow safety standards
Nice To Haves
- Troubleshooting experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Set up, operate, and tear down CNC machines
- Read and follow blueprints and work instructions
- Perform basic CNC troubleshooting and adjustments
- Measure parts accurately (metric to inch conversions)
- Use hand tools and measuring equipment
- Inspect parts for quality and accuracy
- Stand and walk throughout shift
