Operate automatic and semi-automatic manufacturing and assembly equipment, including robotic assembly machines, to produce finished medical products. Assemble mechanical, electrical, or electronic components using hand tools, power tools, jigs, and fixtures to meet defined specifications and tolerances. Adjust machine settings, load materials, and remove finished products to maintain continuous production flow. Inspect products against drawings and standard operating procedures to ensure compliance with quality and tolerance requirements. Record production data, measurements, and time accurately using approved manufacturing and quality systems. Track production efficiency and scrap rates, escalating issues to the appropriate teams to support performance targets. Perform routine preventive maintenance and basic troubleshooting to keep equipment operating safely and effectively. Maintain a clean, organized, and compliant work area in alignment with regulatory and safety requirements.
