About The Position

We are looking for the next addition to our award-winning team!! The position available is for a Computer Numerical Control (CNC) Machine Operator on the 1st Shift, which runs from 5:00am to 3:30pm, Monday through Thursday.

Requirements

• Must pass pre-employment drug screen
• 1 year of CNC experience with set-up, programming, and operation of press brakes, shears, lathes, vertical and horizontal milling machines, and drill presses
• Superior attendance
• Self-motivation and dependability
• Ability to tolerate repetitive, tedious work
• Ability to lift heavy objects and work in a physically demanding environment
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team
• Willingness to learn new techniques and adapt to changing technologies

Responsibilities

• Load parts and operate CNC machines
• Touch-off tools as needed
• Conduct 1st piece and in-process inspections
• Perform routine machine maintenance
• Operate equipment such as press brakes and CNC machines with minimum blueprint reading and job set-up ability
• Responsible for simple, generic machine set-ups
• Use power tools such as tape measure and calipers
• Tolerate repetitive, tedious work
