For over 35 years, Jemms-Cascade has been a global provider of specialty nutrunner attachments. With in-house Engineering and In-house Manufacturing, Jemms-Cascade has solved thousands of difficult applications worldwide. We are currently seeking to hire a CNC Lathe Operator. This position is full-time with the opportunity for overtime. The CNC Lathe Operator will be responsible for setting up and operating CNC lathe machines to produce precision parts. The operator will read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and specifications to ensure that the parts produced meet the required standards. The role requires selecting and installing appropriate cutting tools, fixtures, and attachments, as well as monitoring machine operations to ensure proper functioning and quality output. The operator will also make adjustments to machine settings as needed for optimal performance and inspect finished parts using precision measuring instruments such as calipers and micrometers. Following safety protocols and maintaining a clean and organized work area is essential. Additionally, the operator will support corporate, plant, and team objectives through timelines, productivity, and overtime when necessary.
