We are looking for a CNC Lathe Machine Operator for a 1st shift schedule. We are willing to provide training! What You'll Do: Independently set up, operate, and troubleshoot Star CNC Swiss machines to produce precision medical implants. Perform machine offsets, tool changes, and adjustments as needed to maintain tight tolerances. Read and interpret blueprints, setup sheets, and work instructions to ensure parts meet customer specifications. Utilize precision measuring instruments such as micrometers, calipers, and optical comparators to inspect machined parts. Perform routine maintenance and daily preventative maintenance (P.M.) on machines. Document production activities, including first-piece inspection logs, maintenance records, and work orders. Follow strict quality control procedures, including ID & traceability protocols. Collaborate with engineering and quality teams to optimize machining processes. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment in accordance with 5S principles.
