As a CNC Lathe Machinist, you’ll help produce precision components using advanced CNC lathe equipment. You’ll set up, program, and operate machines to ensure each part meets exact specifications, contributing to the high standards that define Master Machining.

Program, set up, and operate CNC lathe machines
Verify dimensions and tolerances using precision measuring instruments
Read and interpret blueprints, job tickets, and production drawings
Perform regular machine maintenance and tool adjustments
Load and accurately indicate parts to fixtures
Monitor tool wear, load tools, and replace inserts as required
Work collaboratively to maintain quality and production goals

3–5 years of CNC lathe machining experience
Proficiency in G-code programming and machine setup
Strong ability to read and interpret technical drawings
Skilled with precision measuring equipment
Excellent attention to detail and strong communication skills
Reliable, motivated, and team-oriented attitude
Ability to stand for long hours and work in a fast-paced environment
Willingness to work overtime or occasional Saturdays

Competitive hourly pay from $26–$40/hr, based on experience
Consistent 40–50 hour work weeks with overtime available
