controls, and precision, high quality valves and actuators for the aerospace and

REQUIRES
random drug and alcohol testing throughout the year. The drug test
screens for: Marijuana, Amphetamines, Cocaine, Opiates, Phencyclidine and
semi-synthetic opioids: hydrocodone, oxycodone, hydromorphone, and oxymorphone.

Position Summary
Set up and operate a variety of tool room equipment including lathes, mills and
grinders while working to close tolerances from complex drawings.

Requirements

• This position requires either a US Person (as defined in applicable export regulations) or a non-US person who is eligible to obtain required export authorization.
• High School Graduate or equivalent.
• Experience in the setup and operation of hones, surface grinders, and cylindrical grinders.
• Working knowledge of a variety of materials, abrasive applications and wheel dressing procedures.
• Ability to work within close tolerances on a variety of complex parts to meet production deadlines.

Nice To Haves

• Understanding of/experience with Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing (GD&T) is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Use blueprints, sketches, or computer-aided design (CAD) and manufacturing files to produce precision metal parts within close tolerances.
• Perform machining operations on fixtures and production jobs.
• Setup and operate CNC grind and hone equipment
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
