About The Position
The CNC Field Service Technician is responsible for installing, troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining CNC machine tool equipment and controls at customer sites. This role requires a strong understanding of electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems to effectively resolve issues and ensure optimal machine performance. The technician will also provide after-sales support and training, promoting preventative maintenance practices to enhance customer satisfaction and productivity.
