Lamothermic is a second-generation, family-run investment casting foundry known for producing high-quality steel parts with a focus on customer service, technical excellence, and continuous improvement. We serve a wide range of industries with precision-engineered cast components, and we are looking for a hands-on leader to take our CNC operations to the next level. We are seeking an experienced and results-driven CNC Department Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our CNC machining department. This individual will be responsible for managing personnel, production scheduling, equipment, and quality control to ensure precision-machined castings are delivered on time and to spec. This role is critical to bridging foundry and final machining operations and will report directly to the VP of Operations.
