About The Position

GenCare Lifestyle @ Point Ruston in Tacoma is a Premier Senior Independent/Assisted Living/Memory Care Community. We are seeking to add amazing, caring, and compassionate quality licensed Caregivers and CNAs to our team. We currently have caregiver positions available in Memory Care. Must have a kind, patient attitude as you will be assisting Memory Care Residents live a more purposeful life.

Requirements

• Must have a kind, patient attitude
• All applicants must be able to speak and write English clearly
• Prior caregiving experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Assist Memory Care Residents in daily activities
• Provide compassionate care to seniors
• Support residents in living a purposeful life
• Maintain a safe and clean environment for residents
