Responsibilities
- Assists LIFE participants with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, personal hygiene and meals.
- Provides mobility and therapy assistance; wheelchair and van transfers; and complete range of motion and other restorative exercises.
- Provides personal care as well as various other duties (homemaking, light cleaning, shopping, meal preparation, etc.) for our participants in their homes.
- Accurately takes and records temperatures, pulses, respirations, blood pressures and weights.
- Assists in the day center with serving meals, meal clean up, games, crafts, discussion and other activities.
Requirements
- Active CNA certificate.
- Valid Driver's license.
- 1 year experience working with the senior population.
