Requirements
- Active CNA certification in state of CA and in Good standing
- A compassionate, dependable, and team-oriented individual
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Dedication to resident-centered care
Responsibilities
- Assisting residents with daily living activities with dignity and respect
- Providing comfort, safety, and companionship during evening hours
- Collaborating with nurses and healthcare staff to deliver quality care
- Helping create a positive and supportive environment for residents and their families
- Bringing heart, compassion, and professionalism to every shift
