Requirements

• Active CNA certification
• Current CPR certification (or willingness to obtain)
• Reliable transportation and strong punctuality
• Ability to work independently and remain attentive during overnight hours
• Compassion, patience, and excellent communication skills

Nice To Haves

• Experience in home care, assisted living, or skilled nursing is a plus

Responsibilities

• Support clients with nighttime routines, including hygiene and comfort care
• Provide repositioning, mobility assistance, and fall‑prevention support
• Monitor clients throughout the night and report any changes in condition
• Respond promptly to client needs to ensure safety and peace of mind
• Perform light housekeeping tasks as needed
• Document care provided during your shift
