Job Description: As a CNA with us, you will provide daily care to our residents by supporting their daily activities of living. This includes hygiene assistance and providing emotional support and encouragement, monitoring and reporting changes in health and behavior, and supporting the overall needs of our residents. You will be genuinely interested in supporting our residents and their team members. Experience working with seniors is a plus; however, it is not required. Other requirements include valuing and respecting our residents and having consistent attendance and a reliable method of transportation; the ability to correspond and document properly for resident charting purposes; and excellent communication skills. Shift: Full-time, day shift and NOC shift available Compensation Range: $23.00 to $27.00 per hour (based on experience level) Work Location: 4444 SE Oatfield Hill Rd, Milwaukie, OR 97267 Benefits: We offer a strong benefit package to our staff that includes medical, dental, and vision (30 hours a week or more). Job Responsibilities (not limited to): Assisting residents with ADLS Teamwork, cooperation, training & development Assist clients with personal care, which may include (but not limited to): Bathing/Bathroom Assistance Morning/Evening Preparations Morning/Evening Dress and attire Provide emotional support and encouragement to perform necessary tasks Monitoring and reporting changes in health, behavior, and overall needs of clients Maintain a clean, safe and orderly environment for both residents and colleagues You must be a U.S. citizen and reside within the State of Oregon to apply.
