About The Position
HumanGood actively incorporates our “Philosophy for Person-Directed Care.” The position involves developing awareness of residents' interests and needs, assisting residents in maximizing their independence and participation, and providing exemplary care ranging from basic needs to activities of daily living and recreational activities. The role also requires creating a safe environment for resident care.
Requirements
- CA Certified Nursing Assistant License (Required)
- Prior CNA or caregiving experience
- Current CPR Certification

Responsibilities
- Develops awareness of residents' interests and needs and assists residents in maximizing their independence and participation
- Provides exemplary care to residents ranging from basic needs to activities of daily living to recreational activities
- Creates a safe environment in which to provide resident care
