About The Position
We're a skilled nursing facility looking for dynamic associates to join our clinical team and provide our guests with a care experience that will change their lives! We are seeking a compassionate and dependable Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team. The CNA provides direct resident care under the supervision of licensed nursing staff in a skilled nursing facility. Responsibilities include assisting residents with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, eating, and mobility. The CNA also takes and records vital signs, answers call lights promptly, observes and reports changes in resident condition, and helps maintain a clean, safe, and respectful environment. The ideal candidate is caring, attentive, and committed to providing quality care and dignity to our residents Pay range is based on your experiences. We are looking for all shifts: 1 openigs for 7am-3pm 1 opening for 3pm-11pm 3 openings for 11pm-7am (offers shift differential)
Requirements
- You will need to have a current California CNA certificate or RNA certification
- You will need to clear a background check
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care
- You will have a great, can-do, attitude!
