About The Position
Job Summary: CNA - Memory Care Cottage - Northside Indy - PRN Staffing Pool We are seeking a compassionate and dependable Certified Nursing Assistant or Home Health Aide to join our Story Cottage team as PRN staffing pool employees, to be utilized on a call-off (as-needed) basis. This role is specifically for call-off coverage only, and PRN staffing employees are only used when a scheduled shift becomes available due to a call-off. PRN staffing pool employees must be able to pick up shifts on a moment’s notice, commit to at least one shift per week, and understand that failure to pick up at least one shift per week will result in removal from the PRN employee staffing pool. If a PRN employee staffing pool CNA/HHA later requests more regular or guaranteed shifts, they will be moved to a non-PRN pool status and will receive a different pay rate based on that position. What We’re Looking For: Experience: At least two years of caregiving experience and a valid CNA in the state of Indiana. Compassion: A genuine love for spending time with seniors and making them smile. Skills: Ability to assist with personal care, daily living activities, companionship, and engagement. Requirements
