About The Position
Plan and execute the needs of assigned resident group with daily living and dining needs. Makes rounds on assigned group noting significant issues for intervention. Provides intervention needed to provide a safe clean environment. Checks all residents daily for condition of skin, reporting findings to Licensed Staff assigned to unit. Assists Licensed staff when needed to position residents in need of treatment. Takes and records vital parameters as assigned. Records information on electronic record. Performs any other tasks as assigned by License Staff, Director of Nursing or Assistant Director of Nursing.
Requirements
- CNA must hold a valid nurse aide certification with the State of Louisiana
