Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Centennial Post Acute – Anchorage, AK Full-Time | Part-Time | PRN Pay: $20.49 – $28.23 per hour (base pay) Shift Differentials: +$.60 Day | +$1.50 NOC | +$2.00 Weekend $1,650 per month in employer-paid health insurance! Requirements

  • Current Alaska CNA Certification (required)
  • Ability to communicate effectively with residents, families, and staff
  • Compassionate, resident-centered attitude
  • Ability to meet the physical demands of the position

Nice To Haves

  • Previous healthcare experience preferred but not required — we provide training

Responsibilities

  • Assist residents with daily living activities (bathing, dressing, grooming, feeding)
  • Monitor and record vital signs, report changes to nursing staff
  • Provide companionship and emotional support to residents
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized environment
  • Assist with documenting resident care in accordance with facility policies
