Requirements

Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification required
Proven experience in a caregiving role or healthcare setting
Compassionate, dependable, and attentive to clients' needs
Strong communication skills and ability to work well with clients, families, and co-workers

Responsibilities

Provide non-medical care, including companionship and emotional support
Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs), such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility assistance
Perform basic healthcare tasks like vital signs monitoring, medication reminders, and assisting with medical equipment
Help with light housekeeping, meal preparation, and running errands as needed
Establish strong, trusting relationships with clients, their families, and your team
Be a reliable and punctual caregiver, consistently meeting clients' needs
